My kids went crazy for these – which is a win in my book. With zero refined sugar, this is a breakfast I can totally get behind. Actually we enjoy these smoothie bowls as a snack too, it’s really great any time of day.
It might look a little fancy, but it’s easy to make I promise! Even if just for yourself, it is fun to make a pretty breakfast every once in a while 🙂 My family had the discussion about whether or not it is worth it to make your food look nice before eating it. Especially for just one or two people. I am not at that point yet, but I’d like to think I will still make the food pretty for just my husband and I when the kids are gone. It sure will be quicker than making six smoothie bowls for sure!
