Creamy peanut butter cheesecake dip with just four ingredients, perfect for dipping graham crackers or fruit!
Last week I shared with you my chocolate graham crackers. They are lovely and chocolatey by themselves, but that same day I also made a peanut butter cheesecake dip. Because what goes better with chocolate than peanut butter?
This dip was so easy, with just four ingredients. It is so light and creamy. I used my hand mixer, but a wooden spoon could work as well. Gotta get that workout in 😉
The chocolate graham crackers worked great, but all kinds of things could be dipped. Fruit, cookies, you name it. I would have tried something else but, well… it was gone.
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
- ½ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2-3 Tablespoons Sour Cream, Yogurt or Milk
- In a bowl, beat together the peanut butter and cream cheese. Add in the honey. Then add two tablespoons of yogurt or milk. Add and additional tablespoon of milk if needed for creamy consistency. Enjoy right away.
