Cheesecake is so yummy, but why does it take so long to bake? And then there is the cracking(ugh)…cooling… chilling…sometimes I don’t have the patience. For afternoon snacks, just a little sweetness is needed. The wonderful taste of cheesecake without all the waiting. About 10 minutes total to whip up this snack.
But before we get to that let’s just say autumn is here, Hooray! My favorite season since I am not a fan of the heat. Now we can finally talk about pumpkins, apples, stews, roasts and all the other yummy food that comes with a chill in the air. This is The Well Floured Kitchen’s first pumpkin post!
Now getting back to the good stuff…
I am including the recipe for the graham crackers (clearly not included in the 10 minute estimate). With a food processor they are not terribly complicated to make. The dough can be a bit challenging to roll out thinly, keep your rolling pin well floured.
You could actually use the filling as a dip (making this snack even quicker!), just scoop up the filling with your graham crackers and enjoy!
Update: Like Crunchy Graham Sticks? They are even easier to make! Check them out here: http://thewellflouredkitchen.com/2014/01/24/crunchy-graham-sticks-with-milk-chocolate-yogurt-dip/
